What equipment do I need?

When can I start exercising after having a baby?

6 weeks post normal delivery and 12 weeks post cesarean and after doctors check

Can I bring a pram to the studio?

Yes you can either bring  a pram or car seat

How do I book a PT session?

By contacting MWAHFITNESS directly

Do you still run outside sessions in bad weather?

Yes I do,it is a bootcamp not a holiday camp.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

MWAHFITNESS requires 24 hours notice for full refund. In exceptional circumstances bookings can be moved

What is our pricing structure?

We offer a range of passes to suit your personal needs. These range from

 

  • A course - block of 6

 

  • Mega Pass - includes all face to face, online and on demand classes

 

  • Monthly online - online and on demand

 

  • Monthly face to face - all face to face classes
