Meet Mickey

My Vision

My vision is to build a community where fitness family members have others to talk to and keep active at different stages of their lives. It started with a WhatsApp group for people to communicate and has now grown into three groups including postnatal.

Supporting the Community/Domestics Violence

As our community becomes more aware of the impact of domestic violence, I wanted to provide a safe space for women and children to meet and at the same time recognise that we (and I) can do more.

Domestic violence had a major impact on my childhood and so I  run charity events to help raise money and awareness. As a community we have raised nearly £10000 for charities dedicated to supporting women and children and helping them to escape situations and start a new life so thank you to everyone that has shown support and donated.

MWATFitness clients

MwahFitness is now not just a fitness group, it's a true community, filled with people from all over the country and from all ages and walks of life, talking and meeting each other in my classes and socially. I pride myself on the relationships I build with my PT clients and participants and try to make all my sessions fun but effective.

This community has helped me win an amazing award. : The National Community Instructor Fitness Award 2021

This was a National award and I won it for the whole of London and am so proud of everything I have achieved in such a short time but none of this would have been possible, without the support and loyalty from the community.

I am truly focussed on building this business and have recently trained with The Hatton Boxing Academy, so that I can offer a wider variety of classes and help keep my PT sessions fresh and exciting.

I want everyone to feel that my classes are Inclusive and not exclusive and that they are part of a fitness family that will continue to grow and win.

Hi I am Mickey, I have been in the industry for over 21 years and at over 50 I'm still teaching and loving it, this proves age is irrelevant and that fitness keeps you young, healthy and happy. I am the proud mother of two amazing children aged 28 and 24. I love music, which is reflected in my classes and programmes and I love to laugh and dance. So a night out with all these components certainly brings a smile to my face.
